Lucie in Castricum (NL)

Born in New Zealand, I have been living in the Netherlands since 1996 and have been studying movement, massage and yoga since 1998.
My specialty is Corrective Exercise as taught by the Nutritious Movement Centre™ a biomechanical model of wellness taught by Katy Bowman MS; Critical Alignment Therapy a form of yoga developed by Gert van Leeuwen and Tension Releasing Exercises developed by David Berceli.

Since 2014 (together with my Alignmentguru colleague, Mina van Brunschot) I am honoured to be included in the Nutritious Movement™ teaching crew. This includes providing Skype sessions for first year students and teaching at various certification weeks, plus hosting and teaching Move your DNA weekends in the Netherlands.

During the past 17 years I have studied with many wonderful teachers who have helped deepen my understanding of human movement and wellness. These wellness systems are applied within the paradigm of yoga & natural movement, which I teach with delight and passion.

I am continuously furthering my education with Katy Bowman and totally inspire myself daily with home study in many areas, including but not limited to: Steven Porges Polyvagal Theory, Bruce Lipton and the Wim Hof Method to name a few…
